Walker Design designed the Temenos corporate office as a flexible, contemporary workplace that supports collaboration, focus, and connection. The space is organized as a series of open yet defined environments, allowing employees to move fluidly between individual work, informal meetings, and shared gathering areas throughout the day.
Design Philosophy
Exposed structure and building systems are intentionally celebrated, with contrasting light and dark ceiling planes used to establish spatial hierarchy. Sculptural acoustic lighting elements define collaborative zones while softening the industrial character of the open ceiling and improving acoustic comfort.
Designed for Productivity
A restrained material palette of warm wood, neutral textiles, and polished concrete creates a calm, cohesive backdrop. Vertical wood slat screens provide subtle separation and transparency while maintaining access to daylight and views. Flexible furniture groupings and curved banquettes encourage interaction without fully enclosing space, reinforcing openness and adaptability.
The resulting environment reflects Temenos’ forward-thinking culture, refined yet approachable, modern yet warm, offering a workplace designed to evolve with the needs of its users.
