For NBC Sports Next, the vision was to create a dynamic workplace shaped around collaboration, personalization, and flexibility. Rather than prescribing a single work experience, the environment offers a variety of settings that allow employees to move intuitively between focused work, informal conversation, collaboration, and moments of pause.

Choice becomes an essential part of the workplace experience.
Open, activity-based environments offer alternatives to the traditional workstation, from comfortable lounge settings and touchdown tables with integrated power to impromptu meeting areas designed for spontaneous exchange. Employees can shift between spaces throughout the day, finding the environment that best supports the task, conversation, or moment at hand.
The result is a workplace that feels fluid and responsive, giving people greater autonomy while encouraging movement and interaction across the office.
